Week 1: July 7th to 13th, 2025
Week 1 will focus on the fundamentals of mock trial. Asynchronous lessons will teach topics such as "Evidentiary Basics," "Dissecting an Affidavit," and "Courtroom Procedure."
Week 3: July 21st to 27th, 2025
Week 3 will focus on walking the tightrope that is cross-examination. After an asynchronous lesson and assignment on the basics there will be a lecture by a leading trial attorney. The goal is to ensure you're always prepared for anything on cross.
Week 5: August 4th to 10th, 2025
Our final week will focus on the always intimidating closing argument. Following our normal schedule you will learn about how to give the ultimate final word in any trial. From adaptability techniques to tips on persuasion, this week will have everything you could ask for.
Week 2: July 14 to 20th, 2025
Week 2 will focus on the art of the direct examination. beginning with an asynchronous lesson and assignment on the basics of directs. Following this there will be a live lecture by a practicing lawyer on direct examination and the finer strategy behind the most important part of a case.
Week 4: July 28th to August 3rd, 2025
Week 4 is on the ever-important opening statement. With the usual asynchronous lesson and assignment and live lecture we will work to ensure you can present an award winning opening statement.
